Camping Details

Min stay policy during Bank Holiday w/end

* £12 per pitch 6m x 6m.
* £5 per head (Max 4 per pitch)
* £2.50 for children under 16. Under 4's free
* £6 for 1/2 pitch for just a small tent + £5 per head.
* £2 per extra 1m strip.
* Sorry no Caravans or large campers.
* Site manned 24hrs a day.
* Pets under strict conditions- Please note that dogs are NOT allowed on the festival site and we do not allow dogs to be left unattended on our campsite.
* Arrivals - No arrivals or booking in until 10.30am
* Departure - Please vacate your pitch by noon. Parking can be arranged for campers staying later.
* Parking – Your pitch size must allow space for all vehicles you bring. Any additional visitors will be asked to pay a parking charge

Sorry, but we cannot facilitate fires during the festival.

How To book

* Contact us with all your details (email preferred)
* A booking will be reserved for 7 days whilst awaiting payment by electronic transfer or cheque.
* Full payment is required on booking
* Confirmation will be acknowledged on receipt of full payment.
* Refunds will only made if cancellations are received more than 6 wks prior to arrival.

The Fabulous Food bar!
We open early each morning for breakfast and food will be available throughout the day. We will be offering the usual tea/coffee & juices with a choice of quality local food. In the evenings we offer a choice of meals that can be booked in advance with several vegetarian options.

This years festival kicks off at the start of June with an extended Bank Holiday in recognition of the Queens Diamond Jubilee on 5th June...anyone for a street party?

If you are new to us please look at how we operate our accommodation & camping during the festival as it is different than the rest of the year.

B&B Accommodation
We have limited Bed & Breakfast accommodation available at £35 pp pn. This is for bed & breakfast in our spacious accommodation with rooms for 2-3 persons in singles, twins or doubles.

Camping

We provide a quiet, level and spacious campsite situated 5 minutes walk from the festival, but not too close to stop you getting a peaceful nights sleep. There are other sites in Hay for the visitors wanting a more 'Music festival' type atmosphere
We divide our paddocks up into 6 metre strips and sub divide those into 6 metre pitches. This is for your tent and cars! Extra space can be bought by 1 metre strips. This is designed to give everyone their own space and those wishing to bring their portable mansions and plethora of comforts may pay for what they use!

Also Luxurious Bell Tents & Tipi's for hire!
We offer our comfortable and well equipped Bell tents & Tipi's for hire. You just turn up and it's all ready for a comfortable camping experience.

Bell Tents
Our 4 metre Bell tents come well furnished with all your needs and can sleep 4 comfortably and 2 romantically! Our 6 metre Bell tent sleep 6-8 and is wonderfull!

Tipi's
 A 22ft Tipi can sleep 8 and 18ft sleeps 4-6 and come with a central fire which creates a comfortable warm atmosphere.
