Mick has a shady past that involves the military
one way or another; but don’t listen to stories
circulated about him, he was only
a boy scout really!
Since then he has been managing other centres and organising Outdoor Education provision for special
schools before starting the HOT centre.
He was one of the first Outdoor operators in the UK to be awarded the
Accredited Practitioner of the
Institute of Outdoor Learning APIOL |

| Sharon, the hard working wife of Mick, deals with all initial enquiries and bookings for the accommodation. Sharon has enjoyed travelling and the outdoors for many years and still continues to travel and camp with the four children in tow! |
